So i took the window switch apart today to clean the terminals. Man, it was b*tch to take off the plastic switch covering the metal connectors. Nothing really to clean. basicallly the metal gets pushed down after so many uses. (hence, the reason why we push and pull harder on the switch to make it go up and down). Just lift the metal up with a paper clip so that the contact is better and all should be good.

Sometime you guys on here love to waste time trying to fix things that should just be replaced.

30 min to fix window at no cost. to me that's worth it. it was easy to fix once you get around the plastic. Why would i waste my time, money and gas going to a dealership or yard to pick up another one? or wait and pay for shipping if i got one online.

Because it won't happen again for like awhile. I'm not saying your wasting your money or time at all. But there are somethings that need to be replaced. Wear and tear is inevitable.... just a fact brother.
