I don't have a fuse in the bay. It has the box and says "FR FOG LAMP" but there's nothing in there.

As in? Change the whole harness? I tried to trace the fog wires from under the dash and thought my head was going to explode from all the blood rushing.

take the wires from fogs...wire it to headlights

take wires from headlight... wire it to fogs...

whe you turn on headlight switch,fogs are on withouth hewadlights...

then with the headlight switch on,(really turning on the fogs) you can turn on the headlights with the foglight switch...
