Problem getting a set of brake pads
so i had trouble getting a hold of a set of pads for the hooptie today ....i gave the auto zone peeps the car info ( 1991 nissan sentra se-r/2.0 with rear disk brakes) and they gave me a set but they came to be the wrong ones. so i then went to a local auto parts(colvin) and they were able to match up the pads i had with a set on there computer....only one thing, they didn't have them in stock :squint: lol so its w/e ill have them tomorrow i think .....they then gave me the part number which is ""D509"" this part number will according to them bring up a set of pads which match to the ones on the se-r.....my question is ...Has anybody ever run into this problem? any quick info will be nice thnx in advanced ...

Not sure you want those pads anyway. Spring for the oem pads - call GregV and have him send 'em to you; that'll be cheaper than otc. OR talk to Greg, Matt or Serban about non-oem pads.

I had that issue. I wanted pads for my SE-R brakes with ABS but they WEREN'T NX2K brakes. Went through a couple places before I got the rights ones form the dealer. NOW I have a set of NX2K brakes on my car and a set of SE-r Brembo blank rotors (used one year at MOST) and a brand new set of SE-R brakes for AD18s brand new from the dealer, OEM status. If you want them, let me know. I don't need these anymore as I have upgraded.
