The problems that I see are that (no offense, I do like your work) but OEM is in the fledgling stages of carbon production. I just wonder if they have enough experience to make full carbon VC's.

This includes tight tolerances for the gaskets, incorporating baffles, lips for sealing the plug wires, inserts for putting the nuts on so that the nut openings wont crack, and have them hold up to abuse without fading, yellowing, cracking or warping......I just think that a wrap for the first set would be best just to see whats involved.

WE are in alot of projects right now. We can do pretty much anything out of CF. If you have a good mold, thats all you need. YOu have to know what to use and how to do it. If you guys are really interested make a list of you and we will look into it.
