plug wire cover ????
i had just recieved my plug wire cover plate and doesnt fit very well the wires stick up to far and the bolt is to long is there anything i can do to the wires to make it more flush?

That was a problem that some had with the thicker wires. You might be able to get a smaller bolt to pull it in further. The thread is a 6x1.00mm

another thing you can do is remove the wire separators and then run the wires under the PCV hose by the dizzy instead of above the pcv hose.

i already put the wires under the pcv hose but thats not the issue its the stems that go into the head stick up higher than the valve cover this just may be a good enough excuse to go c.o.p lol

May sound like a stupid question but while one this topic. i too bought the plug cover but was wondering how you get the middle stud in the valve cover out? Do you have to pull the valve cover just wondering before i do unnecessarily, Thanks

jorge have you try trimming the end of the spark plug wire a few mm to see if it helps?

No, just remove the center bolt and use the one provided. It holds the plate down along with replacing the bolt.

I removed the center nut but the stud stays in is why i was asking. I just didn't know how to get the stud out since i haven't even opened one up before.
