Thread: Carbon fiber Hatch :(

Anyone with a hatch have this problem The plexiglass is Separating on the bottom

Yikes,I was wondering how those were gonna hold up.
I bet the FL sun will kill them quick too.
Is it leaking water in?

Well you might be in luck as I might be selling mine! In perfect condition. Mine did not come with the plexi attached so I sealed it my own way that has worked quite well. Let me know won't be till winter though.

Nope, sorry.

Mine did after a summer of driving with the tops off and the sun beating on it. Had a local glass specialist reseal it but it's still separating a little again. The issue in my opinion is how the plexiglass window is mounted with so little surface area at the bottom of the window from. Not enough room to rivet it in like the rest.

I have a brand new lexan window from the original group buy still in the box. I was going to install it eventually, but I could use the money so if anyone really needs it I could let it go.
