Hahahahahahha @ the Ben comment!! You crack me up

P.S. what does making factory struts and shocks have to do with making them a better damper??

This thread is becoming like a broken record LOL!!

And personally, I would not recommend buying used dampers/struts/shocks site unseen. Unless they are a well known member and have a fair idea of what constitutes blown vs not blown dampers, I would only buy a used setup I can physically see, compress, etc. The catch here though: Normally, the higher end (read: more expensive) dampers can take the abuse and normally mostly see track miles. Also, in those cases, those individuals selling them have a fairly good idea on what condition the damper is in so its a bit less risk buying used higher end dampers, than used cheaper lower end stuff!!

I like the way my NX rides now, however I am not a fan of wheel gap and think it sucks. So, I will have to see how I can get this done. I know some shop owners who possibly could make those struts you all are doing but I do not really know if I want to go that route. The only Konis made for the b13 are the REDS and people custom make the Spec V yellows on the fronts. I would spend a grand or so on some good coil overs if they made them not China stuff. I am just not versed enough in the B13 suspension to be comfortable with doing some real aggressive things and do not want to experiment.

If the agx/ rm or hyperco is better than coil-overs then maybe that is a route I would consider. I got some baller wheels and just do not want to look like a wankster rolling around in them with a 6-8 inch wheel gap.

aren't you all down for a Hypercoil group buy again? I think there has been 3 or 4 and do not know what the min order is but you all should be due for another and I would like to add my name to the list.
