Should be pin 8 on fed emissions.

I assume that's the same on the cal Ecu cuz that's what I used. if it was a fed Ecu then the Ecu wouldn't have this input for me to try and be using lol

With OBD 1 ecu, it was FED. CARB had not come out yet.

That's weird, when I looked up the Ecu code its listed as a CAL emissions ecu tho. Before I had it chipped I replaced it with a fed Ecu to remove the CEL I got after removing the egr stuff from the egt sensor. I had the CAL one chipped and saved the fed one

It appears I am wrong. "Two sets, or tiers, of emission standards for light-duty vehicles in the United States were defined as a result of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990. The Tier I standard was adopted in 1991 and was phased in from 1994 to 1997. Tier II standards are being phased in from 2004 to 2009." From wiki.
