That sounds a little like a voltage or earth issue?

Could it be a faulty alternator causing spikes?

It seems to me its going to be something loose or out of place causing interferance.

Please make sure the Recording Triggers are all 0 and record a TCL file of this happening and email it, along with your TCD and Pref files, to John and I.

Thanks,

Also check the solder connections at the jumper relocated from CJ1 to CJ2.

So i think i found solution ! All things are re-soldered and seems to be ok .
Now my ecu have this upgrade (12cm fan) wich cools the all ecu and the logging works all time with no issues
Like this all nemu live logging and data works fine without any stalling problems. It is not a solution to the problem though , but it works and now i know that the problem is like overheating nemu or something in there !
Waiting for comments !

i have a quick question directly related to the above picture. does the nemu board generate much more heat than a regular one? is some king of cooling fan/device needed? has one ever failed from heat? i have heard this question asked on other forums.

any experts out there on this?

My mate came over to show me why his was not logging, he didnt have auto logger connect lol, hit connect, problem solved. Clearly this was a different issue to other issues going on.

This is literally the only setup that I have ever seen to have an issue anywhere near something like this.

Since he is out of the country, it makes it very difficult to help him diagnose where his problem might be.

Ive never had any issue whatsoever with logging or connecting to laptop. Even if i put laptop to sleep with Nismotronic running, when it wakes it connects to the Nemu and checks the file loaded almost straight away. This could be cool if you had a car PC setup that could be configured to start on engine start or something.

Im guessing OP may have a issue with the ECU rather than the Nemu, only way to tell is start swapping components i guess.
