If this pertains to SE-R fogs then idk, but on my NX HID's fit just fine after you widen the hole on the support bracket so the HID connectors can go through.
Secured the ballast next to the radiator, with some spare 10mm bolts in holes that are already there, no problem so far.

Don't do ebay HID kits. Quality is a gamble. Buy a real set with a real warranty like from Diode Dynamics.
