Now install your p10 ecu and measure pin 2 to ground with key on and key off like you did before.

How many v on pin two?

with the key out 0 v

with the key on acc it gets 11.32v while priming

and with the key on acc it gets 11.92v after its done priming

the battery has been priming and turning over the car for a few days without charge so its probally not 100% charged

So with the b14 ecu you have 5v at pin two, and with the p10 ecu you have 12v, correct?

i made an error

with the b14 ecu in the car i get 142.3 ohmz on relay prong #2
i get 0v with the key off
with the key on acc i get 0v when the pump should be priming and then get 12v after the prime time

with the p10 ecu in the car i get 144.4 ohmz on relay prong #2
with the key off i get 0v
when they key is on acc i get 70v while the car is priming and 12v after the prime time

70v? you mean 7v?

the mm said 70.7v. that's really high and I was shocked when I saw it. I will tripple check when I get back to the car in about 4 hours.

If you have an auto adjusting meter, it will display the value based on resolution. It likely displayed 70.7mv, which it .0707 volts and is correct for priming.
