may need new HIDs , light not working. (NVM)
driver side headlights are not working , the passenger side are fine . not sure what in the hell is wrong with it . i was just going to switch out the bulbs and see if it was just the bulbs but then saw you couldn't just twist them off , like the tail light bulbs .
i started unplugging things and just blowing air into it and reconnecting them but did no good.
i think that blue thing may be bad.

so i went back and did a few things before i tried to switch the bulbs (i could of done it before but there was this rubber thing surrounding all the wires / holding them in place neatly after that i could of just unclipped the bulbs wires and switcharoo them.) , i disconnected the battery and cleaned the terminals , while they were still disconnected i switched my tail light bulbs , one was bright , the other very dim . connected the battery and turned on my lights and both headlights work now , the tail lights were now visa versa , the brighter lamp gone dim , the other bright . i just wiggled the dim one and it turned bright . shut my lights off then powered them back on , driver side light was out and my dim tail light was dim again. i popped the hood and touched some wires the light came back on and at the same time the dim light had gone bright . not sure what's up i guess not enough power going around? maybe the tail lights are taking too much power the first time i installed them my headlights didn't turn on . i had to touch the wires to make them turn on after that they were fine.

Most likely the plug that goes from the hid connection to the OEM ballast is loose. I made mine tight and snug with zip ties. Try that and see whats happens.
