sub/amp question
I have access to an amp and one sub. I dont want to spend any more money on this system, and perhaps have a dumb question to ask.
the sub is 200w rms 400w peak at 4 ohms,
the amp does 200w rms 400w peak at 4 ohms PER CHANNEL (there's 2 channels)
am I safe to just run the sub on one of the channels and leave the other one vacant or do amps have to have both channels used? Brdiging as you can see is probably a bad idea, and would destroy the sub in short order.
