Pulsar GTi-R Revamped....
As some of you might know, we received a customers car from the islands earlier this year to do some track time here in the states. After making a few tests this past year, decided to do some changes and get ready for off season testing for full racing next year.

Car's previous setup:



New PPG dog gearset going in:



And the aftermath...New Manifold, turbo, air to air intercooler

^^ Probably compressor inlet by the looks of where the downpipe/wastegate combo are routed.

Question; why the move from W-A to A-A intercooling??

That's the inlet for the turbo

Its a Tilton hydraulic release bearing with a custom adapter we made.

Honestly much less maintenance going air to air and that core will handle more than we can throw at it.
