Vibration
When I changed my clutch from the stock b-13 to the jwt pp and b15 disc I noticed the my car shakes when I hit 4k rpm and also when i go over 70 mph is that normal? If not what can the problem be I have taken it to the shop and they say everything is ok but I do have some play in my steering wheel could it be caused by a bad rack and pinion? Dam I wanna get this fixed so I can drive my car to Las Vegas

Well the 70 MPH thing sounds like bad alignment, but the 4k RPM? Maybe the extra torque on the wheels combined with alignment is causing it?

No, it's not normal.

It would help if you could describe the "shake" with more detail. Is it a shake or a vibration? Through the steerng wheel or the seat? Is it associated with engine speed or vehicle speed (you mention both). What else can you tell us?

Things to check: engine mount bolts, position of dog bone mount, driver side axle properly seated in tranny, passenger side axle carrier properly installed and torqued.

Did you remove the flywheel? Did you install upgraded motor mounts?

Here is what I would do:
1. Dissassemble everything down to where you would actually pull the tranny, looking for the problem, but then stop short of dropping the tranny. Then put it back together carefully and see if the problem persistists.

2. If it does persist, then you are going to have to take it all the way down to the flywheel to check everything. It could be that the flywheel is not seated properly, or maybe the pressure plate. It's got to be something.

It would be great if you could get a list member nearby to look at your car and give an opinion before starting the work.

Sorry, that's about all I can think of to recommend.
