I think it is to early to borrow trouble and worry about rebuilding the tranny. Check for other causes first. Shift rods, bushings, etc..
I had first gear pop-out in my B13 tranny even thought the passenger side motor mount had been replaced a couple years before. The other mounts were inspected at the same time and were OK.
It turned out the rear mount was bad so I replaced all the mounts and had no more pop-out problems. Well, until 5th gear went, then I just converted to hydraulic and put in a 2001 P11 tranny.
