Just hang on the enjoy the ride down the track.
Test fitment only pic below btw...MT 15x8.5x24" slicks

What are you running for tire pressure in this picture up above? My tires looked a lot lower than that at 10 p.s.i.

No I actually have not aligned this car since last year, but all I have done since that was change a axle, and top hat so I figured the settings would not be too far off. I will put that on my to do list though, cause now I'm curious. As far as daily driving the car feels on point with the street tires. I will post a picture soon as possible.

I think that was 15psi...

There is no sidewall. If you want it to sit and look like a radial you'll need to up the pressure.

Also what size are you running? If your running a 22 or 23 on a 15 inch rim there isn't much sidewall and it'll look like your riding on the rim. If you had them on a 13 it wouldn't look as bad. I run mine at around 8 psi on the track and it looks flat..

Yeah, i had 22X8X15 m/t's and i lowered them to 10psi and had track officials trying to tell me they were too flat and to put air in them. They were not flat and they never had a problem. They were their grippiest at 10psi for those. Now my 24.5X9X13's I had them down to 6psi cold and they still looked fine because there is more air volume and tire to take up the slack. 10psi in these would look like they were fully aired up. The smaller the slick the more flat it will look at certain pressures.

Dont worry about it. I wouldnt go any lower than 10psi on those though.

Yeah it's just weird the way the pressure's work. The more sidewall there is, the less pressure it takes to "look" full. With the smaller tires and larger wheels they'll always look flat to those that just don't know. You should see some 20x8x14's lol.

Here are some pics of my car. I can't find any pics of the 20's on this computer. I'll have to check my laptop later.

Yea, I was thinking the opposite, that is good to know in the future.

Thanks, Ashton I'm curious though would running the tubes have a affect on the appearance of the side wall as well? I know it's recommended but does anyone run tubeless in anything over 23 inches?

Thanks Cory , that's what I wanted to know, A lot of the times at the track is dominated by domestics, not many people that can ask for advice you know. This question also came about because I also felt the tire being this flat was scrubbing off speed at the end of the track. As long as others are running their tires 8 p.s.i and above and are still living, this comforts me lol.

Ive always ran my slicks tubeless. The slicks for 13" wheels the tubes are not required. When you go to a 15" wheel and 23" slicks or bigger, tubes should be used.

Ive ran a couple different slicks and all were tubeless. 22X8X15's on b14 wheels tubeless, 24.5X9X13 m/t's tubeless and 25X8.9X13 m&h's tubeless. The next slick ill be using will be a 24.5X9X15 but with tubes because its for sure recommended.

Dont think tubes would have affected the way the tire looked as far as looking flat or not. Maybe slightly just because of the added rubber but I wouldnt worry about it. Again never had an issue with them.

I haven't looked in a while, but I don't think they even make a tube for anything that small. Either way I'd avoid using one at all cost lol.

I can't find any old pics of the 20" slicks that you can really even see the tire, but here it is.
