Thread: Koyo or Mishimoto

They are pretty much the same quality, both are made in korea or china, i forget which. Not really a bad thing by any means, but most would prefer a us made product or a japan made product. I would honestly buy either. Which ever is cheaper. Quite a few of my friends are running the mishimoto's in 240's, with 0 issues. I also have a few friends running koyo's with 0 issues.

COMMENTS: - Like I said in my pervious post, I don't think the metal piece is worth $100 bucks. I might take this and have a guy at a fab shop make me a second one for cheap as I already have a extra set of slim fans for the daily. It's cool, but not worth the price. A little dremel action will be needed as the hoses are not perfect like they should be. .

Seems like the fans still stick out a bunch too. I wonder where a turbo (t2 bottom mount) would be in relation to the fans. Thanks for the review. I'm just going to get some slim fans and be done with it.

im impressed at the fan shroud, looks really nice, i just had to order me in some flex a lite extreme thin dual radiator fans. i just have no clearence

I'm with this guy fan shroud is super nice, interested to see how long those fans hold up and how much air they actually move.

I am running the FlexaLite 220 kit for an integra and made it fit my Koyo. Drops my temps when they kick on in like 10 seconds ahah.

I planned on ordering the shroud too but eh ya not worth 100.. I can make them for less then 100 my self which I think I shall do once my radiator come in on wed.
