Some NGK spark plug info
I stumbled across this link and it had some good info,so I thought I would share .

What's crazy is I know I read this before, yet I still use anti-seize when I install NGK plugs..........

I've been a mechanic since 1995 and this is what i say, if your cylinder head gets so hot that the spark plugs could seize in it then getting the plug out is the last of your worries lol. I never use that stuff except on suspension bolts that are exposed to the elements.
