well im racing the clock here to get inspected, in ny its a plugin test. any codes you fail, and you have to have all sensors ready , but your aloud to have 2 not ready. i have 3 not ready, o2 sensor, cataylst , and egr according to my cheapo code reader. but im throwing no codes. wtf i say lol

EGR is an easy fix, install back all the sensors but leave them dangling around hehe.

With my 96 ecu, programed for the skinny 3 wire, it doesn't seem to be throwing a visual code, but I noticed Nissan Data Scan is picking up Rear O2 as being faulty.

I talked to DC Scotty about this matter, and he did mentioned that the resistors that I used are not the best choice. I'm going to try out a different set, that are designed for heat, and will see how it goes. I might just reinstall the O2 haha.

So, you used the same delete with both the three-wire and four-wire sensor and it worked with both? I am currently on my stock 98 ecu and I am going to delete the rear O2 soon. Eventually, I will be switching to a 95-97 ecu and I am wondering if I can use the same delete device.

The 4 wire delete worked on my 99 ECU, and when I installed the 96 ECU it kept on working. Granted I had Calum delete the EGR and Rear O2 but the code still popped up so I reconnected it, has been fine so far, just gets freaking hot .

Which is why need to find some other resistors that will hold up better.

Updated the first post with a new method that seems to be working just fine.

Old setup didn't do too well:
