Has anyone tried this?

"i just bolted the stabilizer bar to the support bar the the rear motor mount sits on and it feels good and sits where it did with the older lsd i had! i dont have a picture right now but it seems to be fine no grinding at all!"

I was going to try to contact the guy but he hasn't been active for more than 3 years lol

Wasn't me, was the guy in the linked post. I think his car was a b14.

Upon further inspection, I have no idea wtf this guy did. I have no idea what he's talking about. He must have cut the stabilizer bar and welded it back on or something or drilled a hole into the support. Makes no sense.

Not worried about the stabilizer. I have questions more in relation to the transmission sensor swapping or wiring....does anyone know or have found out?

Im looking to try this part, so I won't have to grind the lever

FYI the p11 trans has a removable bushing where the bottom of the release lever sits. If you get a slide hammer you can pop it out and not have to grind anything on the lever itself.

To solve any shifter linkage problems when bolting up any b15/p11 trannies just get p11 linkage problem solved. The stabilizer bar is on the correct side.
