Btw... what do pulleys really do for you? Is that really a sound investment?

Ha, I did the "Spectre" cold air thing a few times, its just Autozone cheap but it works.. the pulleys it depends. it can free up some power by underdriving the stock ones (because lighter). but I added underdrive crank and water pump pulleys and the dynojet showed less than 1whp gain however it was a different dynojet.. but that was on car with no p/s or a/c already..

Hmmm. Yeah so if I can find free pulleys, cool, if not whatev. Yeah you should see this set up. Kinda funny... but does the trick. Didn't feel like paying 20 bucks for flexible duct so got some exhaust repair tube and cut it to fit. Kept the forward end of the intake stock (with... temp? ...sensor) with a little metal tape. That side was never air tight to begin with, just snap together crap duct. Didn't quite know what I was up against when I started and didn't want to invest much in what I know so little about. I'll post a pic soon. A little tipsy at the moment lol
