Boost on GTiR
How much can you boost on a stock GTiR motor in a B13.

Car has:
walbro 255 fuel pump
N60 Maf
JWT Chip ECU
Metal Head gasket from Gspec

As much as you can tune it for... though the debate is it losses efficiency past 16ish psi; though some will argue that it has life up to 18psi. That's on the stock t28.

Stock R's have been known to hold upwards of 400ish whp with the proper tune with completely stock internals.

I would agree with zero099, after going over 16 psi with the gtir turbo, there's no major gain. At 17psi on my stock gtir motor, it began to feel like it was running out of breath. However, as long as your JWT tune is good and you have an accurate wideband, it should be safe to experiment within the 16-18psi range to determine which amount is best for your setup.

Before increasing boost, upgrade your MAF and ECU accordingly.
