GT2871R Question
What stock FWD manifold can accommodate the GT2871R and not have any clearance issues? I am thinking either a VET manifold or a GTiR manifold. The avenir manifolds from knowledge used the T25 so I am tihnking they would position the turbo closer to the block. anyone with passed experiences let me know, I want this to totally stock with manifold heatshields and all. Turbo to be clocked downward for piping on an AWD bluebird SSS aka 93-97 altima in the states.

AFAIK the avenir manifold will work with minimal grinding in the area where the two big allen plugs are.

Depending on the compressor housing size it works with the gtir mani as well.

I was wondering when you were gonna chime in, being the 2871R master.

although I have not measured, the external packaging of a .64 and .86 look the same. Iw ould think the compressor side is where the worry lies.

RWD mani will work great. You can face the turbo either way with it.
