SO Paypal ruled in favor of ztuned and returned the money back to him?

So Faste-r is out an alledged set of used head studs, and the shipping, and the money paid to him from z-tuned?

Besides a warning to the community, I don't know what else z-tuned wants.

While I agree the speed or look of anyones car does not merit business interactions, the way I see this is.....

A. z-tuned sent money via PayPal to faste-r for studs.

B. z-tuned received empty box.

C. PayPal returned money to z-tuned.

Is this correct?

Correct. I Dont need any further assistance just clarification with proofs and facts

I do believe its not my fault or my mistake for a seller's poor shipping methods, and if i was on the opposite side of this situation i would've tried to resolve the issue and taken the responsibility of my poor actions like a man. MODS please close thread if needed and let this be a lesson for all buyers and sellers thank you very much and all have a blessed day, sr20 for life baby!

This is a crappy situation and both sides seem to be very sincere. I'm more then positive USPS is at fault here, but we just have no way of proving that. Thus, as a guy who sells a ton of crap myself, the onus is on you @FaStE-R to make sure the item is packaged properly. I don't want to say resort to using tamper seals, but perhaps taking pictures of the item in the box is a good idea for the future?

^ photos is a great Idea actually! I started doing that a while back with anything USPS.. ..although I got in trouble trying to take a photo handing it off to a postal worker so I can only do the package photos itself now...

I'm also rather liberal with tape to make sure the monkeys at USPS can't easily destroy packaging

I'm very liberal with tape myself, at best it provides a more solidness to the box, and it's noticeable if someone opened it.
