A few random thoughts:

UPS selling you the box and accepting it for shipment, doesn't mean it was packed correctly.
You did edit the 2nd for sale thread, by removing all text today.
You also edited the tow truck thread today, and removed the pictures from your photobucket.

I also find it disingenuous of Storm to post only the pic of the primaries, when most of the damages are on the secondaries. Editing the http://www.sr20-forum.com/vvl/74374-s-alive-but-fml-once-again-absolutely-ridiculous-what-i-found-2.html#post985922 post does not help either.

I will post up all the pictures as soon as I get home..

that just shows you what type of seller he is and that he will keep facts that he knows should be presented in the the physical description on the ad..

@Chriscar yes I even wrote in the thread that I pulled them down because that was not an accurate depiction of it. The only thing that really took a hit from the scrape was the lower oil pan. The bottom of the primaries had a few cosmetic scrapes but since it doesn't hang a low as the cross member it was nothing. If I was worried about this type of thing I would have removed that thread/pics whatever before I listed the header up for sale in the classifieds, but I didn't because it really was no big deal. Only know with OP posting about 80% fiction did I feel the need to because the thread unfairly and inaccurately depicted it.

Also I grabbed a quick shot of the paypal dispute he opened. Looks like he just selected everything that was available for the reason to hopefully make his chances better:

There was just a few scrapes at the very bottom which was already reinforced (as I mentioned it had extra piece welded on the very bottom for protection), and I told buyer about the scrapes privately. He's just being dramatic.

Can you please be kind to show the proof in which you advised me of the damages please..

he concluded to do that..I clearly told him I wasn't going to sell anything that was damaged and that if he felt comfortable doing that once again, for him to do it himself.. I also kept telling him not to leave anything from the physical description out this time because I didn't want anybody to be pissed off.. also told him to post the pictures of the damages the header had from the pics I sent him, did he do anyt of what I told him on the second thread??? I don't think so community...the Mods can assure that... all this is the reason why I told Jordan that I wanted to keep the sale local...

They saw everything, they taped up the box I assume once I left. And besides the buyer refused to pay any more for the shipping costs, despite the fact that it already cost me $24 out of my own pocket, which I told him not to worry about because I thought I'd give him a break. Now that I know UPS doesn't honor their insurance claims I won't be using them again, too bad I didn't know that before. If OP was expecting a 4 year old exhaust manifold to look pristine he's out of his mind. When it's on a tracked car of course its not going to be perfect, hence the asking price was 1/2 of what they were new ($700~ish). I've seen people pay $500+ for a used one of the same brand.

Gspec has a similar 4-1 header going for $895 brand new: Exhaust Manifold Gasket, VVL (Turbo), Exhaust manifold gasket from the SR20VET. Fits all VVL, is stainless and re-usable.
$350 is about what mine should have been sold for considering it's age and minor imperfections.

Also, OP conveniently hasn't mentioned that his Paypal claim is fraudulent. In the description I received of why he filed a dispute, he wrote that I sent him the "wrong model" and "wrong size" - lol. Yep, sure dude.

haven't got on my email to check I will check on that... it pretty much is a wrong model, considering that you hacked it and its been tampered with and not in its original condition...

My first gut feeling was this actually, or maybe he found a header he wanted more from someone else, but it was too late at that point. I told him I consider myself an honest person but there was no way to win in this situation. He basically tried to extort me of $175.00 or if I didn't pay up threatened to "ruin me" etc. So I said fine send the damn thing back I'll refund your money, then he started saying I'd have to refund both shipping charges, so the $130~ish from me to him, and then $130 from him to me, that's $260 + $350 = $610 - ridiculous.

once again there you go with your jumping into conclusions...

Jump to conclusions? Why don't you discuss how you accused me of artificially raising the price of the shipping cost so you thought I could try to pocket the difference in what you paid, because you saw on the receipt somewhere it said "99 pounds." Recall after that I told you to call the store and gave you their phone number if you didn't believe me, then you backpedaled when you saw it said 17 of 99lbs and pretended you were joking around. That sure sounds like jumping to conclusions.

Don't understand... the conversations will speak for themselves...

Wrong bro, if it were me I would have asked questions and NOT have purchased it if it didn't sound up to my standards. And if I didn't ask questions about the condition I wouldn't have set my expectations so high and cried about it when it showed up in "not what I hoped for" condition.

You refuse to accept responsibility in this. He offered you a refund, but you unreasonably want him to pay for return shipping. Pay to have it shipped back, take the refund he's offering you and learn from YOUR mistake.

That's the thing, @SE-RMonkey wouldn't be in this situation. You know why? Because he's a polite, fair guy. He wouldn't just bombard people with threats before he has all the facts. In another lifetime had SE-RMonkey not been pleased with something I sent him, I can assure you we could have come to a mutual aggreement about what to do about it and it would soon be water under the bridge. That's all you had to do was be a nice guy like I was towards you, but your hostile attitude, threats, and basically blackmail (i.e. "send me $175 dollars or you're going to be sorry!") type of texts, you don't understand how to deal with people. You get more flies with honey than you can with vinegar.

you're a complete joke... again, please show the proof of the accusation that You're bringing against me to the table...
