Regardless of what happened to the package, I never received it, and he never offered to refund my money or to make it right. The package is the shippers responsibility until the package reaches the buyer. Because of his positive feedback, I gave him the benefit of the doubt waiting for a reply about the item. Unfortunately I waited too long to get a refund thru PayPal. So im the one out the money and no item because he didnt use shipment tracking. How is that my fault?

@GearJammer, it is almost impossible to take your concern seriously since you took SERpriz 's money in 2010 for carbon fiber products that you never shipped out, nor refunded him for. He was lucky enough that PayPal sided with his claim and forced a refund.

If I were you, I would take this as a karma teaching you a lesson and move on.

@SERpriz you should realize that the moderators still find you responsible for this sale and agree with GearJammer that shipping the item so that it arrives to the buyer is ultimately your responsibility, even if the shipper messed up. You should refund the buyer's purchase immediately (unless you have proof of delivery) and seek reimbursement from the shipper (if possible).

@SERpriz, since new information surrounding the circumstances of your banning has come to light, we have lifted your ban. If you have any issues with posting, let us know.
Make note that if you have another unresolved issue in the classifieds you will again be banned from participating in sales on this forum. We recommend you refund @GearJammer's purchase to maintain good standing and avoid getting banned in the future.
