SERpriz
I was ripped off by SERpriz (Jose Marquez). Does anyone on here personally know him? I need my money back asap.

So here is what happened. I purchased an item from SERpriz through his post in the For Sale section (http://www.sr20-forum.com/suspension-brakes/64244-1-rear-agx-b14.html), and I never received the item. The payment I sent via PayPal cleared on 1/3/13. After multiple PMs/emails asking when he was sending the item, he finally replied on 1/13/13 saying "Goin out tommorow". Since then he has not replied to any PMs/emails. His last log in date was 1/17/13. I was able to reach him one time by phone, and he said he would try to get the tracking info and call me back. Now the phone number is no longer in service. He has been a member since 2009 and has 30 positive feedback score here, so I was basically giving him the benefit of the doubt, hoping the item would show up. It has now been about 2 months since I sent payment, and Im over the 45 day limit to get a refund from PayPal, so im out $85 and no item. I would be surprised if he ever responds to my email or logs in here again. Perhaps his account can be suspended until he responds to this.

I've bought a couple of things from him in the past and didn't have any real issues. He's been a stand up member so I hope this gets resolved.

Does anyone know him?

Thank you for letting us know this GearJammer. That's obnoxious. Hopefully this will get resolved.

I have to say, great seller or not, once you get near that 45-day paypal limit a buyer should initiate the process of reversing the paypal charge. If the item does arrive, you can always cancel the complaint. I know this is too late for you GearJammer, I'm just hoping this helps someone else. I totally understand giving him the benefit of the doubt based on the good feedback and history here. Something fishy is going on. =(

@squirlz and @xCONWRATHx are in his state...

User banned from classifieds until this is resolved.

Doesn't look pretty; you should contact your financial institution if you used paypal with your credit/debit card. They can ultimately reverse the charges if you haven't received your product.
