It doesnt really matter now, I wont get my money back.

In retrospect I dont feel that @SERpriz intentionally did this. Possibly the label came off the package during shipping and thats why it never made it to me. Unfortunately, as he stated, he did not use tracking, so there is no way to know where the package went missing or I would have pursued this with the shipping company.

How was it shipped? (most companies use UPS or Fedex) It's easy to search for a tracking number (since it's free when you ship).

Its rare @Storm88000 but I worked at FedEx and it happens. There is actually a facility for items that were damaged or lost shipping info. Personally I write the address on the box in addition to the shipping label.

And i worked for UPS for 6 years and saw many packages per day that you knew where never going to make it. There is a small department in every UPS hub whose sole purpose is to repackage busted open packages. So yes, it's absolutly not uncommon for stuff like that to happen. I've seen some pretty fucked up shit go on in the hub. From stealing, to just crushing and breaking packages for fun.

I agree man, it was fucked up. It was a miserable job for them. I worked for the revenue dept. and they hated me because i didn't pack trucks like they did.
