Thread: DAXX Pretty sure this guy screwed me!

PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE THREAD ISSUE WAS RESOLVED!!!

Yeah so I am very upset with this guy Donald AKA user name DAXX. He posts up this MSD digital 6 ignition for $225 and asks for a money order from me. Says he will mail is 2 day priority mail. Then he never sends the ignition. Here is his post and where I PMED him: http://www.sr20-forum.com/electronics/20995-msd-digital-6-a.html I have tried PMing him texting, him and calling him. Still no word at all on anything. I mean nothing. He has vanished. Did notice though that he had to have gotten my PMs about not receiving the MSD because his last forum activity was 8/21/09 and I sent my PMs all before then. I sent my money 8/10/09. All the while he is enjoying $225.00 dollars of my money. It is called steeling and it is f#$k up!!! Never will I send a MO again. Pay Pal FTW. Now i am and patient guy and an understanding one hince me waiting till now to post this. If he has been in an accident or something else terrible has happened then those are extenuating circumstances but even so I have not been told anything at all. So like I said I am pissed as I am sure anyone else here would be. Anyone know this guy or whats up? Till I get some answers I am requesting he get put on the Buyer Beware List. If this all gets cleared up I will request he gets removed.

Hey like I said I just want it resolved. This was the next logical step for me since he has not responded to anything I have sent him. He seemed very trust worthy but non the less my hands are empty.

Somebody else was pissed becuase he didn't respond to messages and hadn't sent something. He straightened it out eventually, some kind of personal emergency or something.

It's 2009, almost 2010. I can't really imagine an emergency that would totally isolate one from the technology necessary to send someone an email or answer one's phone when you're sitting on $200+ of their money.

The two local people that have bought from him have had the same experience. He eventually comes through, but he will take weeks to ship the item out with little to no communication. He wont completely f*ck you though.

I remember reading a post yesterday or a few days ago from him saying he is waiting to sell something from another guy and has a lot of stuff to ship out and wants to ship it all at once...

I cant remember the thread or what was being sold tho...
