I can get about 50-60 runs out of a set of front tires, infinity in the rear. For the first 20-25 runs, you have a death grip on the world, after that it trails off.Now locally,I can run with almost any car,any class.Nationally,it's a mid pack car at nationals, top few at national tours(in the class).I could buy the "right car" for the class, but why? I enjoy doing what I do in this car, just gotta be realisitic.I like to show up at national events, get overlooked, beat guys I have no business beating, and then tell them it's my only car.I drive it every single day,and it messes with their heads

You sir, are an inspiration. I do not know if that is good inspiration or bad inspiration, as if someone offers me the right amount I will be getting out of the fwd SR game and getting a 125 shifter kart to autoX. However.. I did see something interesting today for my NX. The hankook ventus Z214 comes in a 225/45/13, and im wondering if coupled with 13x8 +4 rota RB's if this would make a great budget FSP wheel/tire combo. The Hancooks are $524 a set so you are talking a ~1000 dollar race wheel/tire combo. A bargain. Thats 300 dollars saved from A6's.

I think you missed the point of A6's... Z214s don't compare to A6's. You would be better off with RS3s than Z214s IMO....

My car's a 200sx and the reason why I'm interested in this thread.

Bucky, I want some pics of the setup if you don't mind. If you dont want to share I understand.

I don't mind a bit. I want everyone to know EXACTLY how to do what I'm doing.I always tell people that you can build whatever you want, you still gotta know how to drive it.I don't really have any photos of anything, but I'll see if I can find some from events I've been to,and provide a link perhaps.I'm terrible with a computer.

I used to go to Mr. Buck for all my info before I sold the B14. He is the one and only National-Level contender in a B14. Andy, how the heck are you running such a high offset? I had to do a 15mm with the Hoosier 275's, but I didn't use a spacer.

Congrats on the win BTW
Loving the hand-sliding!
That was a really short course for a tour event, no?
