That car (the 545 red SE-R) is in fact the same SE-R as all the other pictures in this thread. It was on it's second owner at that point and Christy is at least the 5th or 6th.

It's pretty well done for now, but that little jump back in 2002 or so didn't even register vs. the stuff that's been done to the car since.

The 2012 100AW is in the books. Christy moved to an open class WRX, and the SE-R is now in the hands of Aaron Hargis. It has been a logbooked stage rally car since 1993, and it's still flying.

The car has been ridden hard and put away wet. A rough landing on the second day required some rapid toe correction during service by Aaron's crew.





I think it failed to make the very end of the rally due to a mechanical, but it will be back.

I think one would have to look far and wide to find another rally car that has been run as long and as hard as that car. I'm repeatedly amazed that it's still out there competing. A testament to just how solid the B13 chassis was.

That is because I haven own it , seems that I wreck a SER every 4 events Hope this one coming up takes after the SER in this post!!
