Denver area. Need help.
Hey folks;

I have a buddy who is having trouble w his G20. He's stuck in Denver on his was to PA.

I fear he got the dreaded #3 rod bearing surprise. Is there anyone who can give him a hand? Recommend a mechanic, or pick up a few $$$ yourself if so inclined and skilled.

He's got a place to stay, just needs the car fixed.

Lemme know.
Many many Thanks.
Ben

Yep he's got the rod bearing bug. Thank old ladies who babied their G20s. Its such a thrashy little motor when paired with an automatic. Can you blame them?

We need a motor. I suggested just getting a bottom end but the guy doing the swap for him just wants to do the motor... So looking for a motor in the Denver area.

dude. Far from it. He really does need a DE motor or a swinging bottom end from a DE.

ya it was a joke.

but on a serious note, he may have some difficulties finding that, a junk yard might have what he needs but thats always a toss up.

He's actually gonna get the car to PA. I just talked to him and he rented a Penske truck with a dolly trailer.
