Thread: Any WA guys interested in a B13 CF hood?

I want to drive my B13 more, but with a CF hood on it, I just feel like I can't leave it alone in a parking lot. So I'm thinking of selling it and putting the stock hood back on. I know, I'm probably being paranoid but it'd break my heart if someone stole or trashed my baby, so I'm leaning towards going back to stock.

I can count on one hand the number of days the car has been out of the garage since I put this hood on, so needless to say, it is in excellent condition.

Any interest? $450 picked up at my place in Kent.

Not to get in the middle of your sale, but may I recommend painting the hood as an alternative solution?

Your SE-R does look pretty good man. I had a mint 92 Aztec red one back east and I'd always be looking over my shoulder. Fasty is kind of bruised and scarred so its no worries. I think the Volks will bring more unwanted attention than the cf though.

No, I can't really say that I am. In fact, along with making it look more stock, I'm also going to make it ride more stock too. I'm probably going to sell the GC Advance Designs I've got on there and get some non-coilovers. They're completely wasted on a car that doesn't see the track anymore. Probably don't need the Quaife I've been holding on to either.

You know, I thought about that, but it just seems like such a shame to paint over such a beautiful hood. I guess it's not out of the question if no one buys it.

I agree for the most part that the Volks stand out more, but only for people that know what they're looking at. I'm guessing your average person that doesn't know what Volks are would notice the hood first(?)
