Can anyone confirm the intake #1 Cam Journal Fastener hole

The outside fastener of my intake cam journal #1 broke and I've been trying to get it all removed. One thing I noticed is on the equivalent fastener hole for the exhaust #1 journal, the hole is drilled straight through and actually opens up at the bottom to the VVL rocker arm rail. There's also a pin hole oil passage a few millimeters from the top. My question is, is the intake fastener hole identical to this? If anyone can confirm, I would appreciate it. The pic attached is kind of dark, hard to get my cell phone to focus on the bottom of the hole, but this is the exhaust outside fastener hole for journal #1.
