Thread: Sr20ve swap no tach signal

Finally got to installing my sr20ve in my 96 b14 today and I used my de harness and used this link : DE to VE distributor wiring - SR20 Forum

To wire my harness to the ve distributor but now I have a problem because I have no tach now. Has anybody ran into this issue before?

I've done this about 3 times and I've never had this issue. Double check your wiring connections or post a pic so i can compare to mine.

I felt really stupid after I posted this lol I was putting my stereo back in and I seen a random plug so I plugged it in and it was for the cluster and tach worked
