Idle drop at 1800rpm

i will try to post a video as soon as I can but does anyone have an idea why this could be happening? I'm not sure if I can explain this well but let's say I'm just idling, I'll slowly rev up to 1800 and the idle drops. I can rev pass 1800 but can't keep it steady at 1800 as the rpm bounces back down. This happens while driving as well.

Take to Autozone and ask to have your battery, alternator, and O2 sensor checked. Bad 02 sensor likely.

Battery, alternator, and 02 sensors are fine. Thinking its an IACV/TPS issue?

FIXED. It was the TPS.

This just happened to me! Thank you for hinting me towards the solution!

Couldn't hold rpm at 1800, it would just fall like it hit some fuel cut. TPS ground showed 3Ohm resistance, snipped the cable and grounded it to the intake manifold instead. Fixed!
