Maybe the tune is off for your setup. I think you need to retune the chip

the tune was changed when the problem was initially identified. The fuel values were doubled in attempts to correct the problem. Car still went lean, no entry made the afrs change... afrs after vvl engaged that is

Check the maf, if the wire is dirty or maf is otherwise faulty, the ecu wont be going up into the higher load zones of the map.

If you're using an aem uego chances are the sensor is bad in my experience when they get old and worn they start to read lean at high rpm

1st time it was noticed, the sensor was brand new...

2nd time (vid) it was a totally different one...
