ingition timing sr20ve
Hello guys,

with which ignition timing does the sr20ve run on stock? And which max ignition timing can I drive with 102 octan gasoline?

Can I work with this "how to"? Are the timing marks on the sr20de crank pulley and on the sr20ve crank pulley the same?

Thanks from Germany

I don't know how different the two engines are in that respect, but FYI, the link you posted is the timing procedure for the SR20DE.

ok thanks

Importent for me is the stock ignition timing from the sr20ve. Are the marks on the crank pulley the same? Or can anyone tell me which mark is which timing?

I'm guessing the crank pulley marks would be the same yes.. I can go out and check the timing on my VE.. but someone should be able to know for sure w/o me doing that

Timing marks are the same like on SR20DE. Stock SR20VE timing is 5°.

From what i've read, you are supposed to run DE base timing on the VE's. I have JWT tune so they tell you to run 15* timing since that is what the timing maps are based off of.
