Dyno chart smoothing
Hey guys i recently converted a log i did to the virtual dyno to try to get some numbers as a start point the virtual dyno had a default of smoothing 0 and the chart looked whacky so i then changed to smoothing 1 and the number seemed to be where i would appoximate they should be my question is what exactly is smoothing and what does it do? Any feed back is apprecaited thanks in advance

The smoothing does exactly what it sounds like .. it will smooth or put a best fit curve to the data points.

I generally wouldn't go any higher than 1-2 on the smoothing, if you need to do this that means that your data set likely isn't very good and you should maybe try to find a different road.
