Nemu wont map trace RPM
Got my car running on Nemu, data logger is showing all data such as load, rpm, temp etc, but the fuel and ignition maps wont trace RPM, only load.

I can only assume the ecu is changing rpm on the maps as it runs kinda ok for a totally untuned map (started with Sr20det fuel and ignition maps).

The rpm trace stays around idle, ie 1200rpm or so, and on acceleration the load moves up and down but not the rpm.

I havent been able to test yet, but sent John my files and looks like there has been a error when i imported the fuel and ignition maps in the nemu tune. Somehow the rpm scale was reversed in one of the files so the maps were back to front. Car drove ok, so i think it only caused a tracing issue at this stage.

I noticed a bug with exporting/importing if you have invert RPM table enabled.

We should really start using the Nismotronic forum guys, that way all this useful information can be put to use later.

Exactly, hence why i said we should Start using it. I just think it would be cool if all of us who had nismotronic to gather our questions there.

Looks like the forum will need a bit of a update, needs a RT section separate from Tunercode Nismotronic stuff.

Will try post up some info as i go on there as well as here.

I should really go out and plug laptop in to car and see if i can sort this issue out, lazy sitting on couch atm.

i've been messing with it quite a bit since i got it, figured most of it out by now, i thought it was going to be difficult to learn but it really wasnt. but i think bein familiar with tuning programs in general helped alot.

Yup, ive got the car running, its been off the road for 9 months, the nemu is def amazing, one usb to do everything, no need to pull ecu out all the time, (might need to find a ecu mount and actually fix it in under dash now!), got a Innovate wideband MTX gauge to save using my LM2, wired that into the logger.

Its definately great, all the logger, nemu, wideband just connect and work. Old Nismotronic with emulators i had to choose com ports and connect everything every time i started the car.

Have you played with the onboard data logging at all yet?
