Where is your timing?
I took my b13 out for a cruise to do some data logging.
I noticed the timing was dead on 15* @ idle afr @14.5,at cruising speed timing was @35*
Afr@15.3.and when I let off the gas in gear or down shift the afr goes all the way to the right of the wideband and timing goes to 5*.@WOT AFR@11.0-.05 and pulls timing accordingly. I was a bit worried about the 35* of timing is that normal?

The 35 degrees at cruising is completely normal for an OEM tune. Well, depending on where you're cruising in the tune it could go higher, up to 40 or maybe even 45.

(You can go to 50 or even 55 and see some efficiency gains if you have the ability to tune ignition timing.)

ARFs of 15ish while cruising (low to mid rpm) is totally kosher.
