You're kidding , right? One of the Florida members died earlier this year because of such thinking, i don't think our community supports it....let's keep it that way please.

It sucks that people die street racing, but in the end people make their own mistakes. Its not like we are going to ban drinking or fighting stories because people die from either. Whether you admit it or not there are things you can do that are common sense that make street racing a lot less dangerous. Honestly I like sharing street racing stories, but I understand that we dont want to get a bad rep so I'll let it be.

Hey, this is CapoDiTuttiCapi. Shortened my ID to just "Capo." I am very happy to be here!

I want to do a turbo on my car. I just bought a T25 kit and I am looking for 600WHP. What other parts will I need? How much will it cost? Can I convert my car to RWD? Do you believe in Japanes Dorifto Ghosts?

Only 600hp???? You will need a chipped computer, 2.25" downpipe, and eglow gauges. Getting to 600hp is easy, it's snapping the driveshaft that sucks.

PS: It will cost $563.93 to do this project.

That being said, it's time to go over the rules in case someone missed them previously. I'm sure everyone can agree that the way things were ran previously helped keep it a work safe atmosphere where us knuckle-heads could still get plenty of laughs and have a good time. So here goes:

  • NWS tags are a must if you plan on linking any type of thing that can be considered remotely offensive.

This doesn't just include nudity, things with excessive profanity printed or spoken is included as well
    *
  • No racial slurs, or offensive terms. We have people on this forum from all ethnic backgrounds, religions, and sexual preferences. We just ask that you think before you type.
    *
  • No vulgarity/cuss words in titles of threads.

  • Please keep in mind, this is a work in progress. If anyone has anything to add please feel free and if it's something I missed or should add I will do so. We will be the Off Topic we were before.

I appeared to be following the current rules as pertaining to cussing.

When did we get a damn cuss-word filter?

I clearly labled my "Taking Out The Trash" thread so as not to offend anyone. No way to mistake the nature and contents of the thread, especially considering the author.

No pirate mouthed cussing? No potty mouth? No vulgarities? Do folks really get offended by cuss-words these days?!? Don't they say "sh*t" in PG rated movies? All words are spoken in R-rated flicks, which I am pretty sure we have all viewed on many occassions. My damn posts are going to look like the ones from the ebonics slingers on the other site.

Can I continually dodge the..ahem....f*cking rule and not get in trouble? As just demonstated. At least you can tell what naughty word I used and not have to guess.

Please clarify the rules and what words are too filthy for the genteel, upscale, urbane, gentlemenly, well cultured, high falutin, pious, "my virginal ears are burning" crowd that hangs out on this forum?

Also, could we consider a ligher-duty cuss word filter that only does this - f*cking, instead of ****ing? That last one just sucks and makes the intent of the cussword indecipherable.

I have to know exactly what the rules are before I can push them right to the very limits.
