Can't stop myself...
Bought my 8th Nissan (counting the P10), 6th Sentra, 6th SR20-powered, 2nd B15 over a span of 22 years today. 2001 Sentra SE 2.0.

I really, really don't need it, but it was $400!

Needs a driver's side halfshaft and a little TLC on a lot of small problems (blower resistor, stuff like that), and the rear main seal leaks a little. Girl I bought it from knew exactly what she had and what it was really worth (father has been a Nissan mechanic for decades), but wanted to see it go to someone who knew the car and wouldn't just part it out. Also needed it gone quickly. Pics to come after I drop off the tow dolly I used to get it home.

Autotragic, but you can't have everything for next to nothing...

8? That's nothing I've had 12 Nissans. I think there are others who have had twice that here.

I wouldn't buy an automatic SE for $50

I don't buy and sell cars quickly, I tend to hang onto them. I've owned at least one SR20 powered car, often 2 or 3, for the last 22 years.

Looks like family members are lining up to buy it off of me once I fix it up a little, so it probably won't be here long.

I wouldn't get an AT for myself, but to fix up and sell? Much easier to sell an AT car, sadly.

Sorry my inbox was full.

Looking for the driver side door switch panel (well, just switches, but easiest as a unit), blower motor resistor, rear passenger window motor. Maybe a few other things. My little brother has had the car for the last few weeks and I don't remember details.

I have all, but the resistor buy from rockauto, used is a waste because they die so Damned much.

When I get the car back (should be soon, my brother got his car fixed over the weekend), I'll go through it and make a list.

I did end up doing a bunch of suspension/brake work on the car. All new rotors and pads, new front struts (new rear shocks waiting for the car to come back), all new inner and out tie rod ends, new front control arms, bushings and ball joints, and new axles. Add to the new exhaust I put on the car and I still think I'm less than $1000 into the car total. Parts for this thing are *cheap*.
