Stupid window...
Ok, before I pull my driverside door part I wanted to run this all by you.

My wife's 99 SE-L is having issues with the driver side window. It goes down just fine, but is starting to not want to go back up. I'm not sure if it's the switch or the motor/track inside the door.

Any suggestions on what to check before I spend much money on the wrong part?

I'd check the motor 1st.

My '99 GXE does the same with both front windows, mostly when the track is wet. I noticed that when they go up, the windows tilt towards the front. I'm guessing the regulator is worn and the rotation of the window causes it to bind in the sache(track).

its likely the switch. It's around 100 from the dealer...

I'm with Meens here... The switch is the issue.

Common issue on the b14's. Been there done that. Get the switch from the dealer and your golden.

Eww. I don't want to drop $100 from the stealership. Especially the one where I live.

I might call around to other dealers and see how much they want. LOL

Check some yards...All 95-99 sentra's have the same part from what I know. You might have some luck.

Wait so switch over motor or weather stripping? I'm sure mine is weather stripping, it only has issues when it's wet, hot summer day it works perfectly.

Nissan fails at power windows.
