Thread: B13 SER Won't rev past 4500/5k

So got the B13 running again the rotor shattered into pieces in the dizzy and I bought a new one after that had it had a hard times starting most likely flooded but got her going and I replaced the plugs with BKR7Es and it won't rev past 4500/5k rpms and the manifold heats up mad quick and is glowing red, and anyone have any ideas?

I would check and verify the timing. Something must be way off.
