Grip settings
What would be some good track settings for a B13. Give me a good baseline set up. I am trying to get some idea together.
- ksport shock settings,rebound,compression
-progress swaybar settings,front and rear.
-ride height in front and rear.

Not really. You want grip? Get some Goodyear G-19 race slicks, about $190ea.
Those tires are no good without a capable chassis or suspension to go along with them.

Ok so what do suggest would be a good spring rate to set the car up for. See what I am trying to do is find a balance between Drag, road racing, and daily driver. Sounds crazy but I am going to make it happen.

That is what many are doing on this forum. There comes a point where you have to make a decision.
What works for road race or even autocross will not necessarily work for drag or vice versa. Some setup may not be safe or comfortable for the street. All you can do is save by getting a suspension in a group buy and have some fun until you know what you want to do.
