Damnn, should probabaly just buy a new shell lol GL though, rust is a pain been dealing with it myself on my SE-L.

It's fixable. It's just a matter of price.

Those rear tubs aren't available anymore though. Whatever the shop is going to do, it's going to be from scratch.

Yeah, that was the plan from the beginning. Just get sheetmetal that is lying around or off a crashed car. The guy who does my rust work is a bus mechanic. He does the body work on our city busses. He has done rust work for me in the past, particularly that dreaded front fender seam. It split and he did some industrial style welding, and his quote, "If you can tell where I welded, I will pay you!"
