NX2K rev limiter??
i just bought a nx2k and i was woundering if it had a revlimiter and what it was it is a 91 and i have already buzzed it to 7600 once just seeing how it pulled i dont beat it on a daily but i was woundering what the limiter is i have a SER b14 with mild work done to it and it has a 7200 rev cut and also does the nx have a speed limiter like the b14s??

Stock revlimit is 7800. The B14 has a different type of SR20DE that has a revlimit that's lower.
No speed limiter that I know of, unless it's a JDM model (all Japan-based cars have a speed limit of 180 KPH). I've driven my EDM NX to about 210.

Depends what your reading it off.

My Pulsar will go past 8k on the clocks but the limit on mine is 7450

The info you've gotten so far is incorrect. The info in this thread is what you're after: http://www.sr20-forum.com/tuning/1430-stock-rev-limit-what.html#post19535

Really, my tach was that much off? 300 RPM?

Sounds about right. It's more accurate at idle, and worse at higher rpms..

Hmm, I wonder how it is for the digital cluster. I mean, I've set the launch control revlimit on my Calum RTv2 on about 4k, and the revlimit on 8k, and sure enough that's what the cluster shows when hitting them.

i've seen 8k on my dash....stock jdm ecu....stock tach lies

and the jdm speed cut is 112 in MPH....as seen on my dash
usdm ecu has no such speed cut....just the rev limiter
