Thread: Nx2000 doesn't have fog light rear?

I'm wondering, does the American Nx2000 have no fog light on the rear?

Over here it has, drivers side, most right bulb.

I ask this because I just installed American rear lights that have the double daylights and removed my DIY double rear lights. But on that one the fog light also worked.

Now I need to remove the original fog light switch from the middle console, it sits just next to the hazard light switch. That is also a way to pass annual inspection since a rear fog light became mandatory january 1st 1997.

But I'm just wondering what Nissan has been doing with the rear light housings.

Pics would help this, but to answer the question shortly, No, we do not have a rear fog light.

But that is just because removing the switch is easier then rewiring the thing, but a friend of mine has done that. That is a brake light that can be turned on permanent.

And that, they don't mind over here for annual inspection.

But it tells me why you guys have the double tail lights and we don't
